Easy Devonshire Cream
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Nutmeg Cream
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Berry Cream Cheese Spread
1-8 oz. package room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup berry preserves

Orange Marmalade Spread
1-8 oz. package room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup orange marmalade

Note #1: Good with scones. Now someone needs to come up with the Martinson Recipe for Egg Coffee. Buster used to always argue with Ellen over who was going to make the Egg Coffee and who made it the best.
