1 tablespoon butter (each egg) for cooking
Eggs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small fry pan, melt butter. Crack egg into the pan. Wait a few minutes and flip it. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with my toast recipe.

This is my standard breakfast, which Lorraine finally, after being married for over 50 years, showed me how to prepare on my own. So now I make them myself and eat with toast. Oh ya! I'll have to add my toast recipe...
