1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk(add vinegar to milk)
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini
1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Frosting
1 small pkg Phili cream cheese
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa
2 cups icing sugar

Cream margarine, oil & sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix together dry ingredients on wax paper. Mix in some of the dry ingredients, then alternate with the sour milk until all is mixed in. Stir in zucchini, vanilla, choc chips & nuts. Pour into greased & floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake in 350º oven for 40 min. If using bundt pan, bake for 15 min longer. Let cool
Beat cream cheese, marg & vanilla. Gradually add cocoa & icing sugar. Spread on cooled cake.
