Ingredients: 2 Cups sugar4 2 cubes butter 2 eggs 4 TAB "GOOD COCO POWDER" 2 one ounce bottle red food coloring 2 1/2 Cups cake flour 1 tsp salt 1 Cup buttermilk 2 Tsp vanilla 1/2 Tsp baking soda 1 Tbl white vinegar

Directions:Preheat oven 350º grease and flour 3 "8" inch round cake pans Cream the sugar and butter, beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Mix cocoa and the food coloring together and then add to the creamed sugar mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Blend in the vanilla, in a small bowl, combine baking soda and vinegar, add to mixture. Pour evenly into 3 cake pans and bake 25-30 min until toothpick comes out clean...Cool COMPLETELY before frosting with
1 (8oz) package cream cheese room temp 1 cube room temp butter 1 cup melted marshmallows (NOT THE CREAM) 1 (1pound box) powdered sugar 1 Cup shredded coconut 1-2 cups finely chopped pecans.
Mix all of the frosting ingredients together add (fold in) 1 cup of the nuts and sprinkle remaining over cake |
