Canola oil crust:
1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup canola oil
Filling:
1, 10 ounce package frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pint whipping cream

Mix dry ingredients with wet. Pat into 9" pie pan.
Bake at 425 12-15 min. Cool.
Filling:
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for 15 minutes (no less). Beat whipping cream in a separate bowl. Fold into strawberry egg mixture. Pour into 9" baked pie shell and freeze.
