1/2 lb egg noodles
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb cottage cheese
2 cups milk
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar. Blend milk and cheese separately. Combine milk and cheese combination with egg and sugar.
Cook noodles per directions on package.
Add noodles to above mixture and add butter and raisins.
You can plumb raisins first in hot water for one minute and drain. Can substitute dark raisins or dried cranberries.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until solid as custard and knife in center comes out clean.
