1 leg of lamb
1 lemon
slivers of garlic
mint
salt and pepper
currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Rub leg of lamb with lemon half. Make slits spaced - about 4 to 6 and put slivers of garlic in it. Put mint in slits too.
Shake salt and pepper on it.

Roast at 325º for about half an hour per pound. During last half hour drip currant jam over it.

Wait 20 minutes before cutting.
