6 Chicken breasts
Flour
½ cup margarine
½ cup dry white wine
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp capers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Coat breasts with flour.
Melt margarine over low heat.
Add chicken and cook 5 minutes to brown.
Add wine (or soup stock) and half the lemon juice.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle parsley and capers over chicken.
Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes longer, until the chicken is done.
Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
