9" pastry Shell
1/2 can (1/2#) fresh crab, all shell removed
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 T. butter
2 T. green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar or swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayo
2 T flour
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400º and prebake pastry shell for 3 minutes.
Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Add all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into shell and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until firm in the center.
