tuna steaks cut in 1" chunks
1 jar Veri Veri Teriyaki
1 can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
1 jar sweet n sour sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Marinate tuna chunks 4 hours to overnight in teriyaki sauce (enough to cover) or reserved pineapple juice and sweet n sour sauce. Skewer the tuna alternately with the pineapple chunks. BBQ 3-4 minutes. Using the teriyaki or the sweet n sour sauce and pineapple juice as a sauce, place the tuna and pineapple chunks over rice and serve.
