6 T. butter
1 1/2 halibut steaks cut in 1" cubes
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 t. thyme
1/3 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 t. nutmeg
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet melt 2 T. butter, add fish, garlic and thyme. Cook until fish flakes. Add remaining butter to skillet and stir in flour and salt. Cook until brown. Add the broth, cream and nutmeg. Boil 2 minutes until thick. In 9x13 pan layer noodles, fish, white sauce and cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley
