4 halibut fillets
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Coat halibut with mayonnaise. Dredge fish in nuts. Place fillets on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheese over the fish and pat into the nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Recipe may be increased.
