1 gal. water 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. salt 4 T. Old Bay seasoning 1" halibut chunks
Boil water, sugar and salt in lg. stock pot. Drop pieces of fish (about 1/3 of the fish) into the boiling water. When halibut rises to the top (1 - 1 1/2 minutes), remove with slotted spoon. Serve with melted butter.
