3 c. garbanzo beans (reserve liquid)
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 fresh jalapeno (chopped)
1 fresh clove of garlic
c. tightly packed cilantro leaves
1 T. olive oil
tsp. ground cumin
tsp. gound coriander
1 tsp. sea salt
- 2/3 c. garbanzo bean liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the first 9 ingredients. Slowly add the bean liquid to reach spreadable consistency. Transfer to bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Can be refrigerated up to 7 days in a tightly sealed container.
