1 cup margarine
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salt
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
14 oz. can condensed milk
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine until creamy. Add flour, sugar, and salt until well mixed. Press 2 cups into greased 9x13 pan. Save the rest. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Combine 1/2 of chips and condensed milk in a sauce pan on low. Stir until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over chocolate. Drop small amounts of jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with rest of chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
