1 c. (6 qts.) popcorn, popped (remove un-popped kernels) and set aside in large bowl
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º. Melt butter in a medium-sized sauce pan on stove. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring ingredients to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir quickly. Pour over popcorn and coat completely. spread evenly over 2 12" x 15" jelly roll pans. Bake for 1 hour, stirring popcorn every 15 minutes. DELICIOUS!!! Store in an airtight container.
