4 cups carrots 2 # bag of baby carrots
1 diced onion
cup margarine
3 slices dried bread cubed
8 oz. shredded cheese or lb. Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots til tender. Put in a 8 x 8 greased baking dish.Cook oleo & onion til tender. Toss croutons in margarine. Layer carrots, cheese, bread cubes and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
