8 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp. seasoned salt
2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Yield: 6-8 servings
