½ C butter or margarine
1 C sugar
1 C flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¾ C milk
2-3 C peaches – sliced
5 T sugar
½ C water, can add 1 ½ tsp. almond flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 11 ½ x 7 ½ pan in 350º oven. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder & milk and pour over butter. Spoon peaches over batter. Do NOT Stir. Sprinkle sugar and water over fruit. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º. If using pie filling, omit last 2 ingredients (sugar & water).
