2 salmon fillets 1 inch think
1/4 tablespoon of olive oil
pepper
garlic salt
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Harry and David's charred pineapple salsa

Directions:
Directions:
2 salmon fillets
1/4 tablespoon of olive oil
remove any visible bones
rub salmon with olive oil
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
mince 1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil in pan and heat
cook garlic (don't burn the garlic)
place salmon in frying pan and saute to get a good sear on the salmon for 5 minutes (skin side up)
flip and cook for 4 minutes (skin side down)
add Harry and David's charred pineapple salsa
remove from heat and cover (the salmon will continue to cook)
remove from heat and garnish
