3 cup warm milk
2 packages of yeast
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
10 cups all-purpose flour
1 package of fruitcake fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Activate yeast in warmed milk. Add remainder of ingredients. The fruit is a sticky mess until you put it in a plastic bag, mix a small amount of flour to coat the pieces before mixing. Mix together and put into a large bowl. Set aside and allow to rise.
Divide into 3 large loaves or 10 small loaves. Set aside to allow it to rise again. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. When baked, add a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.
