3 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
powdered sugar to spreading consistency

Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been prepared with baking spray. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Mix topping and use enough powdered sugar to get the consistency to spread right. Makes 1-1/2 cups of frosting.

We made loads of this for Joan and Kurt's wedding reception. We made it in large sided cookie sheets and it was well received by all.
