2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini

Add:
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsteaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix, bake for 50-60 minutes at 350. Makes 2 loaves.
