12 slices bakery whole wheat bread
6 eggs
3 cups milk
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer bread two slices deep. In a bowl, beat eggs with mixer until foamy. Add milk, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Pour slowly over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes, until puffy and browned. Serve with syrup.
