1 large onion chopped
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese- low fat
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli-thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until clear and soft. In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
Put into a 9 x 13 greased pan
Bake about 20 minutes or until brown.
