2 boxes bow-tie pasta
4 chicken breasts
1 c. craisins
1 c. pinenuts, toasted
1 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
1 jar pesto sauce (medium)
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
( you may use more or less mayo and sour cream according to your taste)

Directions:
Cook pasta and let cool; set aside. Cut chicken into small pieces and saute in olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and italian seasonings. Cool chicken and set aside. Mix Pesto with sour cream and mayo until it is a creamy consistency. Coat pasta with pesto mixture and add all ingredients. Serve chilled and store in fridge.

This recipe serves a crowd and is great for pot-lucks. Halve the recipe to feed your family. A great summer main dish.
