1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon dried dill
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup wine vinegar
5 tablespoons ginger
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion sliced thin and diced
2 medium flank steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients including steaks, in large ziploc freezer bag. Refrigerate 2-3 days, turning over once daily. On day three, drain marinade and cook steaks on hot grill for 7 to 10 minutes each side. Remove and cool 10 minutes. Slice very thinly (1/4 inch), roll up each slice from one end to the other and secure with a tooth pick. Arrange on a large platter of fancy lettuce and serve with cherry tomatoes.
