4 chicken breasts
2 c. heavy cream
flour to dredge chicken
1 1b. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. Madeira wine
1/2 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter and olive oil; add 1/8 c. Madeira and cook until tender and liquid free. Coat chicken with flour and brown in olive oil. Pour mixture of mushrooms, cream, remaining wine and whiskey over breasts and simmer until tender. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley. Recipe may be increased.
