1 sirloin steak, 1 1/4" thick
1 c. diced sun dried tomatoes
1 c. pesto
2 cans stewed tomatoes
parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Have butcher fillet steak in 1/4" pieces. Spread thin layer of pesto over each fillet. Place sun dried tomatoes on one small end of each fillet and sprinkle parmesan cheese over all. Roll up fillets and secure with a toothpick. Pour stewed tomatoes into fry pan and heat roll ups in the tomatoes until brown. Remove roll ups to BBQ to finish cooking process (approximately 5 minutes per side). Discard stewed tomatoes or save for another recipe.
