8 chicken breast halves
flour
2 T. minced garlic
1 c. chicken broth
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. white wine
1 lg. can artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
2 T. capers

Directions:
Directions:
Flour chicken and brown in olive oil and garlic. Add broth, lemon juice and wine. Simmer until reduced and thickened. Add artichoke hearts and capers. Serve with rice. If sauce needs thickening, use cornstarch in a little water. Recipe may be increased.
