2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. milk
2 T. oil
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x9 pan. Beat eggs slightly and stir in remaining ingredients except for topping cheese. Spread evenly in pan and bake at 350 degrees uncovered until top is light brown 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
