4 pork chops, 2" thick
1/2 pkg. stuffing bread
1 red apple, diced
2-3 celery stalks, diced
1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
salt and pepper
1/2 c.+ chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Make slit in chops to make a pocket for the dressing. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the remaining ingredients and moistening it with the broth. Stuff the chops and smoke approximately 1 hour. Finish the chops in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Recipe can be increased.
