1 c. elbow macaroni
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 T. butter, melted
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni. Separate eggs; place yolks in lg. saucepan and whites in bowl. Beat yolks, add milk and heat. Stir in cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Add macaroni. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold beaten egg whites into mixture. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Test for doneness with knife.
