1 (4-serving size pkg) sugar free chocolate pudding
1 (4-serving size pkg) fat-free chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz container fat free cool whip, thawed
1 (6 oz) reduced-fat graham cracker pie shell
1 tbsp grated semisweet chocolate (optional)

Directions:
In a bowl, prepare pudding mix as directed, using the 1 3/4 cup of milk, add in vanilla and mix with a mixer. After that is all mixed, fold in 1/2 of the cool whip and mix until it has the creamy mousse texture. Chill for 3-4 hours. Add the remaining cool whip to the top of pie and grate the chocolate on top if you wish or you can add any fruit you like (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Total calories per slice- 140; Fat: 4 grams Sugar: 5 grams.

P.S. Sometimes I add extract flavoring: almond, hazelnut
