1/4 cup (1/2 stick) soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
1/4 cup orange or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and peel until light and fluffy.
GRADUALLY, beat in orange or lemon juice, beating until well blended.
Makes about 1 cup fluffy spread.
