2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
3 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs cornmeal
1/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup milk
1 lb. sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, cornmeal, salad oil and milk. Knead the dough just a little.
Divide into 2 parts. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
Use 1/2 of uncooked sausage and drop over dough. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over sausage. Roll up real close. Repeat other half of dough, sausage and cheese. Wrap each log in foil and chill for awhile. Then slice in 1/2 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 400 for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
