2 C. flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C. shortening
2/3 to 3/4 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Add milk until you have a workable dough. Roll out and cut into biscuits.

Melt small amount of shortening in baking pan. Dip one side of biscuit in shortening and turn that side up in baking pan.

Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
