1 1/3 C. vinegar
1 C. water
1 C. sugar
About 5 to 6 C. beets, cooked and peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets; cool and peel. Mix other ingredients; boil 2 to 3 minutes. Add beets; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
