1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 can (6.5 oz) crab meat - drained
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9" pie place. Heat butter in frying pan. Add green onions and cook 5 minutes. Toss in crab meat and heat through. Cool. In bowl, whisk eggs. Add milk, tomato paste and seasonings; stir in crab meat. Pour mixture into pie plate, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes until lightly browned and set.
