I carton of cottage cheese
1 small box of strawberry jello
1 large can of crushed pineapple , drained
1 small carton of Cool Whip or 1/2 of a large carton

Mix cottage cheese and dry jello. Add pineapple and stir well. Fold in Cool Whip.
