Ingredients:  
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion grated or thinly sliced
1 loaf white bread

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients. Cut out bread slices into small circles (champagne class). Top bread rounds with mayo mixture. Put onion puffs on a cookie sheet, broil until browned. Serve immediately.
