3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (canned or bag)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped white onion
cocktail pumpernickel rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of grated parmesan cheese and mayonnaise together depending on the number of appetizers. Stir in onion. Spread on thin slices of cocktail pumpernickel rye bread. Place slices of bread on a cookie sheet and broil until golden brown and bubbly.
