Mix together:
2 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
5 T. cocoa and set aside.
Bring to boil:
1 cup water,
1/2 cup oil
1 stick margarine.
Pour over dry ingredients and
add 1/2 cup sour milk,
2 eggs,
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together and bake. I use a heavy oversized 9x13 pan 400 for 20 minutes. You can use a 9x13 pan. 350 for 30 minutes or longer. Cupcakes...350 for 20 minutes
Frost with cooked chocolate frosting.
