Large head cabbage
Large green peppers
3 lbs ground beef
tomato sauce
white rice
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain
saute onion in beef fat
mix together with 1 cup rice
salt & pepper mix
Soak large leaves of cabbage in hot water to soften. Place small amount of meat mix in leaf and roll. Tie with string. Place in casserole, cover with tomato sauce. Bake approximate 45 min @ 350º
Clean out green peppers and fill with the meat mix, cover with tomato sauce and bake approximate 45 min till pepper are tender. Cover pans with foil
