2 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c chpd pecans
¼ c finely chpd green pepper(optional)
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in pineapple and 1 c pecans, pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
Roll in nuts.
Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate.
