Newman's Own Vinegar and Oil Dressing©

Directions:
Directions:
Put as much of any one ingredient in the salad as you choose. Use an many different greens as you like, but romaine is a must. Toss with Newman's Own dressing. You can top each serving with one grilled chicken breast. Serve with pita bread wedges.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The combination of briny olives, salty cheese, neutral but crunchy cucumbers and sweet tomatoes is really good. Grilled chicken on top is great, but the salad is hearty enough that you don't need it to feel satisfied. I toss the salad with the dressing before serving.
