1 c. peanut butter
6 T. softened butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
One package chocolate chips, divided.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter, about one minute. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add flour and salt. Stir in one c. chocolate chips. Spread into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Bake 25 minutes, or until edges begin to brown. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over brownie layer. Let stand 5 minutes until chips get shiny and soft. Spread chips evenly over top. Cool completely.

This is my sister, Jenny's, recipe. Even if you are not a peanut butter fan, you will love these brownies. I put tin foil around the edge of the pan so the edges to not get too brown. Also, I put semi-sweet chips in the brownie mix and milk chocolate chips on top. I use more than the stated chips for the top.
