For 1 pie:
2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
½ c water
½ stick butter
pinch salt
vanilla
9" pie crust

For 2 pies:
1 box dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
1 c milk canned best to use
½ cup butter or 1 stick margarine
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all
Can add 1 c pecans to make pecan pie or 1 c coconut

Mix and bake in 9” crust at 350º for 35 - 45 minutes or longer
