1.5 lbs. lean ground beef
1-2 slices of bread, broken up and soaked in milk
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Either squeeze the milk out of the bread soaked in milk or you can use Progresso Italian bread crumbs.)
1-2 cloves garlic
2 T to 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 to 2/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze milk out of bread. Mix egg, cheese and garlic. Add bread and parsley. Then mix in with meat. Roll into small balls.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 15 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and simmer in tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce for 15-20 minutes on low heat in fry pan.
