1 block feta
1/2 cup flour for dredging
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut feta block in half, then cut into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices. Dredge in flour, and set aside.

Coat bottom of hot skillet with olive oil, and brown cheese (approximately 1 minute per side).

Remove from pan to paper towels. Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
